Ribcraft Restoration
A complete rejuvenation — tubes, hull, upholstery, console, and engine, all brought back to factory-fresh condition.
Existing tubes are fully removed and replaced with custom Hypalon tubes in the owner’s preferred color. Each retube is built for durability and performance. We also offer full refurbishing, including restoration, hardware updates, and reconditioning, plus ongoing maintenance such as inspections, leak checks, valve service, and preventive care to keep your boat reliable and water-ready year-round.
RIB Retubing
The most transformative single service for any RIB — brand-new, precision-bonded tubes replace worn or sun-damaged originals.
Old tubes are carefully detached without damaging the hull. All adhesive residue is removed and the surface is primed. New bespoke Hypalon or PVC tubes are professionally bonded using a temperature-controlled, two-part adhesive process — ensuring a watertight, long-lasting result in the owner's chosen color.
Tube Repair
Precision patching, seam reinforcement, and abrasion repair — when a full retube isn't needed, we fix exactly what's wrong.
Technicians use pressure testing and bubble-finding techniques to locate every leak. Punctures are patched with marine-grade material matched to the tube. Delaminating seams are rebonded, areas of extreme wear are covered with protective Hypalon, and stress points near the transom are reinforced for long-term reliability.
Refurbishing
From bare hull to fully-equipped vessel — engine, electrics, electronics, steering, and safety systems all installed and tested.
FComprehensive refurbishing restores both appearance and performance. We deep clean, remove mold, rejuvenate faded tubes, replace worn hardware, and apply high-end protectant treatments to extend the life of tubes and materials.
